Mental Math

Work = Worth

This is an equation a lot of us live. It’s something you probably don’t realize because you’re so busy giving your best to your job, your family, and your community.

I’ve been listening and reading a lot about productivity from a business standpoint. But a lot of conversations I have with women are about productivity from a personal standpoint. I can’t help but the see how the concepts I teach are very similar to what I hear about scalability.

So, a thought popped into my head…

What if you try reframing some of the human-doing mechanics you already live by? Reframe a destructive belief into a more constructive one by using the logic that your brain currently utilizes.

Say your ‘business’ (that’s you) starts out simple. Over time, you add friendships, partners, career, travel, children. The more you dream and add into your life, the bigger your ‘business’ grows. Now it’s time to think about scaling.

Any successful business person will tell you that successful growth requires having the right systems in place. I like to call this scaffolding.

Scaffolding is how you become the hero of your own story.

A ‘system’ is a mode of operating that supports efficiency of resources. The most precious? Your TIME.

Here are some ways to scaffold your life to support your current life and allow for more.

  • Get Clear: You have to know what’s important before you can make them goals.

  • Prioritize: Now, you need to put those important tasks at the front of your list and mind.

  • Automate: Take advantage of repetition. Doing is less energy than thinking. So plan those everyday/week/month events into your calendar ahead of time.

  • Invest: You invest in every other area of your life (education, appearance, health, children). Learning to invest in yourself, the one common denominator in your life, positively affects all areas of your life. Whether it’s free material or a professional, start today.

(My FREE download will walk you through these steps.)

My mission is to keep planting seeds. Change is not only possible but valuable. You need both of these components to create new constructive habits.

Give it a try. Take back control of your life.

Start living your hero lifestyle today.
