Squatter’s rights

You probably know this but in many places around the world if you live in a place long enough you get the right to live there. Hopefully you haven’t had to deal with this issue before, but I invite you to try this reframe.

On your way to living a high-vibe life, it can be easy to succumb to your old habits that keep you low. At either end of the vibrational spectrum, our emotional state acts like a whirlpool. It draws us in, keeping us feeling either good or poorly.

While you practice your High Vibe Habits, imagine you’re the squatter. The longer you spend in that high-vibe ‘home’, the more right you feel you have to be there. The more it feels like yours. No matter how many time you get kicked out, keep showing up. You’re doing big work to change an old belief that you matter.

You are worth it. And the high-vibe world is your home.

I’m not sure where you live, but the seasons have changed here and it’s dark and cold as I write you this letter. Fall is a really energizing time for some of us but the coming winter months can be difficult.

In today’s world, there always seems to be sad news somewhere.

Learning to be the light lets us see the light in others. Starting with ourselves, we can make the world a brighter place.

How do you start? It’s a simple 2-step process.

  1. Ask, how do I feel right now? And listen. The answer matters because you matter.

  2. Offer yourself what you need. It could be rest, movement, connection, joy, fun, nourishment, silence, or laughter. Make space for what you want and need.

Looking to make high-vibe your permanent residence? I’m your girl. Get support to prioritize your wellbeing with consistency and without the guilt.

Sending all my love and gratitude.

xx
