I genuinely want to know…what do you want to have? See? Feel? Do? Share? Hear? Release?

Notice I didn’t ask you what you want to BE? There’s only ever one thing to be – yourself.

This last month I’ve enticed you with the joy that comes from living constructively. You know what else living constructively gives you? Permission to be yourself.

Work from your strengths! No more wasting energy on doing something like, looking like, or being like someone else.

You get to be inspired by others now. See what’s possible, Learn new ways to do things. You get to evolve, but you get to be you. Be more and more of who you are. Let go of what you’re not.

The winds of change are upon us.

There’s a universality to the summer season. Like we all agree that it’s okay to experience a little more of life and a little less of work. The somewhat slower pace of these months always feels sweet. Those long daylight hours make us feel like we’ve been gifted more time.

And just like that, things begin slowly transitioning.

Along with shifting seasons and shifting gears there can be a shift in energy as well. We regain a certain rhythm as we all get back to schedules. While it can be bittersweet, it can also be comforting. Once you accept this new stage, you might even find yourself energized. I know I do.

This past month, I’ve talked about how you can find balance and achieve new heights, all with less stress.

Clarity. Control. Confidence. Curiosity. Creativity.

These five elements of the Hero Lifestyle are waiting for you to scoop them up and build a life that excites you, fills you up and gets stuff done!

Take these last few bits of summer to simmer in all the warm-fuzzy feelings and reflect on what you want out of your life. Take some intentional time to think about past, present, and future.

I challenge you to shift yourself this next season, into your next season. Let’s make this fall a time to harness all that inner wisdom and power.

Remember this…the biggest waste of time and energy are unproductive thoughts and the actions that follow.
