Real Food, Real Fast: Creamy Dipping Sauce
I’m keeping it really simple and saucy this week! Having a few good sauces in your arsenal allow you to make the most of raw or steamed vegetables. You would be surprised how simple it is to make your ranch or honey mustard dressing. This week I want to share a light and bright dipping sauce - just two ingredients - that I’ve used with all sorts of foods.
2 tbsp Veganaise + 1 lime
Simply mix the Veganaise and the lime to the desired consistency and enjoy! If you like a little more flavor, sprinkle in some chili powder or smoked paprika.
I love this with steamed green beans or drizzled over some avocado!
