A turkey in the closet

Gobble-gobble is the family turkey. And yes, it lives in our downstairs closet most of the year.

(It’s actually a repurposed foam pumpkin from many years ago.)

Every year, my kids add more feathers to it. Each feather is a new thing we are grateful for. Whether you’re practicing old traditions or thinking up some new ones this week, gratefulness is a common theme we’ll probably share.

I want to take a moment to remind you that gratefulness is a place to start to create more in our lives not a place to limit ourselves. Read how gratefulness can be your ceiling or your springboard in this Tiny Buddha article I wrote.

From my home and my heart to yours, wishing you a full holiday: grateFULL, joyFULL, beautiFULL, meaningFULL, delightFULL, peaceFULL…..
