Real Food, Real Fast: Swiss Chard Sauté

What a simple and lovely side dish this is!

Grab a bunch of two of rainbow or regular Swiss Chard. Separate leaves from stems. Throw some olive oil and minced garlic in a sauté pan, add in the chard and cook until wilted. Season with salt and remove from pan. Add a squeeze of lemon and you’re done!

(The stems are totally edible and delicious, though I leave them out for this recipe. You can save them to add, chopped up, into a future dish like soup or sautéed veggies.)
