I felt it was the perfect topic to follow Balance. Because sometimes we all need a break and to delegate. Sometimes respecting myself means breaking a few rules.

I want to encourage everyone to have a few places in their back pocket to either supplement some home-cooked food or be the whole meal that you can feel good about.

Our family often turns to Asian cuisines as there are a lot of great vegetarian options (even for sushi). But local farm-to-table restaurants are also great! In fact, I often shop at my farmer’s market for a few prepared items that I keep in my freezer.

Know when you need a break and reclaim some time.
