Meet Nithya

As an author, speaker, and coach, I get to help women live a more empowered life by harnessing the power of happiness. But I didn’t start out on this path.

I grew up believing that happiness was important, but that it would just show up as long as I kept checking off boxes. So, that’s what I did. I got a great education, landed great jobs, married an amazing human, and had two children I adore.

Happiness came - but it also went. What I had was never enough, not because I wasn’t grateful, but because I was focused on all the things that were difficult, not going right, and out of my control.

My greatest joys also became my greatest stressors. I was losing myself trying to be perfect and have everything go perfectly. I didn’t feel good enough and it made everything in my life not feel good enough. I was sure that more was the answer: more time, money, help, rest.

The trouble wasn’t that I wanted those things. The problem was that I believed the answer was only outside of me. I didn’t think how I felt could change unless someone or something else changed.

I became my first client as I learned, developed, and implemented the High Vibe Habits framework I teach today. Now, I’m not only creating the life I want, I get to enjoy the heck out of it. I know how to hope, plan and do, but I also know how to live.

I see you out there trying to do it all. I admire your drive. You’re so willing to pour into everyone and everything in your life. I know that fire.

I also know that exhaustion. The stress. The never-ending need to feel in control so you can avoid the chaos that’s nipping at your heels.

It’s hard to offer yourself a life of “more” when what you see in the mirror, or experience daily, is LESS.

You aren’t the problem in your life. You are the solution.
